Welcome to Hendra Mowhay, an upside-down house in a peaceful hamlet above the cliffs of Tintagel and Trebarwith and close to the coast. With breath taking sea views, stunning sunsets and all the amenities you need for a perfect getaway. This luxurious, comfortable and well-equipped home from home is set within an old quarry providing grassy terraces, lots of parking, privacy and tranquillity. The house can sleep up to 10 people and two well behaved dogs with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open plan sitting and dining room, large kitchen, and a second sitting room with a pool table. Available to rent all year round.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Five spacious bedrooms offer guests a calm and relaxing atmosphere with a comfy bed and high quality
bedding for a restful night's sleep after a day of activity.
Three modern bathrooms provide plenty of hot water for ten people: one family bathroom with walk in shower;
one with bath and shower; one en suite to the master bedroom with walk in shower.
LIVING AREAS
Plenty of room and areas for socialising or relaxing: two sitting rooms with large smart TVs and surround sound.
One is open plan, incorporating the dining area. One includes a pool table. A variety of board games are provided.
KITCHEN & TERRACES
Well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher and separate downstairs utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, separate sink, drying rack, iron and ironing board. There is a washing line on the terrace at the rear of the house.
Fabulous main terrace with a large gas BBQ, dining table for ten and two sun loungers.
Stunning sea views from the main terrace and garden. Separate rear terrace with a table for four.
